source or from a foreign country. Depending on the type of
importation, you have to comply with the following documentary
requirements: |

- Original Bill of Lading or Bank Guarantee
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Container Guarantee (if FCL)
- Department of Finance Exemption (if qualified)
- Copy of the Import Entry Declaration (if under Letter
of Credit)
- Import Clearance from the concerned government agencies
(if commodity is under regulated or restricted list)

- Original Bill of Lading
- Detailed Packing List (with estimated value)
- Original Passport of the importer or Authenticated passport
by the Department of Finance

the Department of Finance. Additional requirements as follows: |
- Letter of Request for Exemption
- Affidavit of Ownership
- Special Power of Attorney in favor of the Customs Broker
